This type of construction is often completed during shutdowns or weekends. Quick turn-around projects are intense by nature. They must be completed within a compressed schedule with all work done, the site clean and useable by a certain time as specified in the contract. There is no room for error
with these projects and they demand very meticulous resource and logistical planning. Crews run in shifts around the clock and over holidays and weekends to get the project completed on time. These projects vary in size and scope.
