Construction Services

Project leadership and client representation is provided at the site. This includes supervision that is active in the hands-on scheduling of the work and coordination of the contractors. We make sure the standards of quality set forth in the construction documents are being incorporated into the work. We are strong task masters and progress is reviewed, recorded, reported and the schedule is updated. We will report to the client on all substantive issues and Project Coordination Meetings will be conducted weekly (or as needed), to review schedules, coordination matters, safety and any outstanding matters. Our communications are outstanding.
