Preconstruction Services

Estimating and budget management is an important part of Preconstruction Services. We employ a very methodical approach and are proud that our estimates average within 1.5% of the actual cost. What the accuracy of our precision estimates means to the client is a realistic construction budget that does not run over. Our Preconstruction Team will work closely with the Project Team to help the client identify any value engineering and cost saving options which could result in additional savings or improved scheduling and to identify any potential constructability issues during the design phase rather than during construction when these issues can become costly. A realistic schedule will be developed and this will be relied upon to keep the project on time and within budget.
