ensures continuous improvements based upon client feedback and our own internal audits. This methodical approach results in clients who are totally satisfied with their construction experience. Thomas & Marker's QMS is made up of 42 key procedures. These procedures are followed on all of our projects and provide for, among other things, a reliable and up-to-date construction schedule and continual precise communications between all relevant parties. This system leaves nothing to chance and works to continually improve the course of the construction project.
